Set Marks to specify where the tick marks should be drawn. Marks has these possible values:
- mrRightBottom: Marks are on the bottom or right of the track bar, depending of the value of Orientation.
- mrLeftTop: Marks are on the top or left of the track bar, depending of the value of Orientation.
- mrBoth: Marks are on both sides of the track bar.
